44-year-old Fatbardh Kaloshi , a father of three, tragically lost his life after coming into contact with electricity from an electric pole that had been exposed for months while his feet were submerged in the rainwater that covered the city.

Residents of the area had been notifying OSHEE for several weeks about the electric pole with live wires outside that posed a serious danger to passersby and children.
