Sali Berisha has been summoned to testify the next day at SPAK, regarding a lawsuit that GJKKO judge Irena Gjoka has filed against him for the criminal offense of defamation.

Berisha has been summoned for questioning as a person in knowledge, by SPAK prosecutor Elvin Gjokaj, the next day at 10:00.

"If he does not appear, he will be forcibly escorted," SPAK's summons for Berisha states.

Judge Gjoka has sued Argita Malltezi for defamation, following her statements, but also those made by Jamarbër Malltezi and Sali Berisha, that the judge who was part of the hearings against the former prime minister was convicted in Greece. The judge has rejected these claims.
