The Prosecutor's Office Against Corruption and Organized Crime has launched a property investigation for those arrested in the "Metamorphosis" operation.

SPAK has seized the assets of businessman Pëllumb Gjoka, prosecutor Xhevahir Lita and all other persons arrested and wanted for this case.

The prosecution institution has requested information from the second level banks to verify the bank accounts that these persons may have.

According to SPAK sources, it is learned that documents to verify the assets of suspects for 12 criminal offenses have also been sent to property institutions and agencies, to see if there are assets in their name.

Also in the sieve are the transactions that these citizens made before they were charged. Movable and immovable properties, vehicles, apartments, businesses, bank accounts, etc. have been put in the sieve.

The purpose of the investigations is to discover the income to provide these material goods and whether or not they have legal sources.
