The Tirana Traffic Police has fined the bus driver 15,000 lek, who was filmed by passengers using a mobile phone while driving, in violation of Article 171 of the Traffic Code.  

The driver of Kamëz-Bërxull recorded it from the passenger cameras and posted it on social networks, where it was later seen by traffic police officers.
