Less than half of their country is under Russian occupation, yet for many Ukrainians life goes on, and so do summer vacations.

According to the figures of the Ministry of Tourism, in the first six months of 2023, our country was visited by 23,640 Ukrainians and 8,150 Russians.

Compared to a year ago, the figures show that the number of Ukrainian tourists has increased by 103%, while that of Russians has decreased slightly.

A record was set this year by Italian tourists, who were second only to Kosovo Albanians, in terms of the highest number of visitors to Albania during the summer.
