In a hearing where the presence of 10 people is required as victims of murders and thefts, Talo Çela and Nuredin Dumani, two well-known figures in the criminal world, will be acquainted with the charges before the Special Court.

The only one who will face the victims of their crimes is Dumani, as long as his former friend Talo Çela continues to be wanted.

On May 5, the Special Court will hold a preliminary hearing to evaluate the files against Nuredin Dumani and Talo Cela.

Relatives of two brothers Besmir and Viktor Haxhia, Anxhelo Avdias and Dorjan Shkoza, killed in the assassinations in the spring of 2020, citizen Arif Azizi, wounded in Berat in 2020 by Talo Çela and a representative of the Albanian Post in Durrës will have to be in session.

Meanwhile, the Court will review the request of the Prosecution to take them as defendants for the 2 murders, wounding and robbery of the Post Office in June 2018.

This early collaboration between Duman and Cela is suspected to have broken down for the money robbed in Rinas and the conflict between them culminated in September 2020, where Duman is suspected of killing Talo Cela's brother. 

The clashes came to light again on March 29 this year, when 35-year-old Dumani was injured, suspected by his former friend in the village of Paper in Elbasan, and was later arrested.

The 35-year-old has been put under the magnifying glass of SPAK, which is looking to turn him into an accomplice in order to uncover the old events.
