Brian Spahiu is the 3-year-old boy who died a few days after the surgical intervention he underwent in a private dental clinic.

The family members of the little one accuse them not only of carelessness but also of hiding the incident.

Guri Spahiu , the grandfather of the three-year-old, who died on the third day after the intervention in the mouth for the adjustment of the teeth at the dental clinic "Splendent" on Rrugë e Kavaja in Tirana, which is located inside the Heart Hospital, also private under the direction of dr. Roland Xhaxho, an anesthetist and cardiologist, tells everything that happened before their eyes a week ago.

The grandfather of the 3-year-old, in an interview, said that the doctor Roland Xhaxho killed his son. Guri Spahiu said that if the state does not take measures, they will take them themselves.

Doctors took him to intubation that he is in the boy, we were told in a serious condition. They continued to remove the anesthesia. On the second day, all the doctors came to us, they also called Uncle Roland.

His daughter is a dentist, and this is the doctor who administers the anesthesia. In their presence, I told the doctors that this is the cause of the boy's condition. My son had no problems. They took the doctors to the hospital, they stayed there and the problems started.

We have filed the complaint and will follow it step by step. In case the state does not give the right decision, we are able to take the measures ourselves.

He killed our son, not that he killed him, but he showed himself to be a criminal because he tried to hide the incident. Doctors have given us this information that the cause is excessive narcosis. This was the action that all the doctors did. O men, they said to remove the excess narcosis,  ' said the grandfather of the 3-year-old.

The police have taken the first steps, the doctor and the staff of the clinic have been interrogated and they have stated that they gave him the right amount, according to them, of anesthetic drugs.

The case has been referred to the prosecutor's office for the criminal offense of "medical negligence ", which is considered a criminal misdemeanor and not a criminal offense according to the Criminal Code. The police and the prosecutor's office are waiting for the autopsy of the 3-year-old to carry out other actions.
