The Head of the Investigation Sector and Deputy Director for Anti-Terrorism, Sokol Cana, spoke about the case of two women who approached children in schools, alarming parents in Tirana.
Cana emphasized that the news that they were stopping children from school is untrue.
He points out that one of them stated that she stopped two children on the street and asked them how to say a certain expression in English. According to him, they were traveling to perform some health services.
He added that after the brief communication, the children continued on their way and did not have any further communication with the two women.
Cana added that given the sensitivity of this information displayed on social media, the state police, on the initiative of all its specialized structures, immediately undertook the necessary verifications.
Cana: The news is false because one of the ladies, according to the statements taken from her, communicated with two children who were passing by on the street and not at school.
So they were passing by on the street and he asked them why the lady uses a method for teaching the Albanian language.
It should be noted that all members of the MEK community, most of them, have started and learned Albanian.
This also had a method of teaching the Albanian language and asked the children what this expression was called in English.
That was it, and the children continued on their way. There was no further communication with the lady .
