Analyst Arion Sulo clashed with journalist Arbër Hitaj this evening on 'Top Story'.
During the debate on the Balluku issue and the competences of SPAK, journalist Arbër Hitaj stated that the suspension of the Deputy Prime Minister is previously patented terrain and unfounded in law.
On the other hand, analyst Arion Sulo stated that he was arguing based on the law, which, according to him, Hitaj does not have sufficient knowledge of.
Excerpts from the debate:
Hitaj: No competence is being taken away from SPAK. It is an adjustment. What does the article say about immunity? I do not accept a priori what comes from the majority. Suspension is a previously patented ground and is not in the law, in the immunity section. First, this law does not have a name, e.g. Prime Minister Edi Rama, it is a vacuum.
Sulo: Here's the law, Arbër.
Hitaj: He didn't share it, he didn't share it.
Sulo: If you don't know, don't get involved, I even brought up the law, I'm reading it.
Hitaj: You don't know how to quote.
Sulo: You are the hill behind the shore. I am reading. Did you hear what the court said about immunity?
Hitaj: The GJK did not clarify.
Sulo: It's good that you're not a lawyer, but you're not a journalist either.
Hitaj: You have quantity, not quality.
Sulo: Don't talk to me like this. You're a legal ignoramus.
Hitaj: You're not even a media intellectual.
