Journalist Artan Hoxha reacted after the SPAK arrest warrant for Vangjush Dako. He says that he had warned the "dwarf", the nickname by which Dako is known, but he did not listen. Hoxha says that Dako is a "big fish" and that he knows a lot about "those above", and that's why he should be kept well.
