The death of 27-year-old Migena Salihi, who tragically passed away while giving birth to her two angels, has caused a shock among the girl's relatives and all of Albania.

A reaction made regarding this situation by Dr. Romina Selenica has made the rounds on the internet, calling for a response to this tragic death, which according to the doctor occurred due to state failure, emphasizing that Migena did not receive help at the right time.

"She didn't lose because she didn't fight. She lost because the system wasn't there at the right time. Because help didn't come in time. Because something that was supposed to be safe turned out to be the end," the doctor wrote in her post.

Further, in the touching reaction that has "broken" the network, the doctor underlines that this is the case through which it is proven that the system in Albania has proven that a mother should not be left waiting for blood, because hemorrhage does not give you time and takes your life directly.

"A country where a mother dies from a hemorrhage because there is no blood is not a country that has problems. It is a country that has failed. Hemorrhage does not wait. It does not give you time to ask, it does not forgive you! A system that leaves you begging for blood is not a system! It is pure abandonment! This is not a drama! This is reality! A mother should not die giving birth to her children, if this happens we have failed as a state. And this is no longer something to be accepted in silence!" writes Dr. Romina Selenica further in her reaction.

We recall that immediately after giving birth to the twins, Migena's health condition deteriorated, making it necessary to urgently obtain type 0 negative blood.

Despite the fact that the call for help spread rapidly on social media, the mobilization of dozens of citizens who responded to the appeal, as well as the efforts of doctors, she could not survive, leaving her two newborn babies orphaned.

Even though she is no more, Migena will "live" in the hearts of those who loved her dearly, and despite the pain, she will be remembered through the two babies whom fate "did not want" her to raise alone.
