A 17-year-old was injured with a knife this evening after a conflict with an 18-year-old in the village of Bulgarec, Korça.

The fight between the two young men is suspected to have started in a bar over trivial reasons. During the fight, the 18-year-old hit the 17-year-old with a cutting tool, causing injuries.

The suspected perpetrator has been identified by the police and escorted to the premises of the Korça Police Station, where he is being questioned regarding the incident.

The injured person was immediately transported to the hospital, where he is receiving medical attention.

According to sources, his condition appears to be stabilized and out of danger to his life.

The investigation team is continuing its work to fully clarify the circumstances and legally document the event.
