The arrival of Nuredin Duman from Kosovo to Albania in March 2022, was not only intended to kill Elton Kilë alias "Otin e Elbasani", but also to hit his sworn opponent, Talo Çela.

Dumani had planned to do one trip and two jobs in Elbasan, since the focus of his visit in March 2022 was not only the lure of 200,000 euros for the murder of "Oti", but also the beating of Talo Çela.

" Ora News " learns that SPAK's investigation has progressed during this time, where it has been learned that Nuredin Dumani has received information from an investigator in Elbasan, about a secret base where Talo Çela was staying.

Exactly in this house, according to the investigations and what Dumani tells the investigators, was Talo Çela, who got his food base during his stay in this apartment through a workshop of "Oti".

The murder of "Oti" has a dual attitude from Nuradin Dumani, as he tells the prosecutor that the murder was ordered by Suel Çela.

While his friend Henrik Hoxhaj, who has acquired the status of an accomplice, has told the prosecutors that Dumani wanted the murder of "Oti" at all costs, against a price of 70,000 euros.

This is because, according to Hoxhaj, "Oti" supported Duman's rival, Talo Çela. With the desire to eliminate "Oti" who, according to Dumani, had asked Suel Çela for this crime and the personal thirst to kill Talo Çela, Dumani has decided to leave his base in Kosovo and travel to Albania to finish work.

Meanwhile, during the time that he arrived in Albania and initially stayed in the apartment rented in the former block by Henrik Haxhiaj, Dumani has shown that he was informed by Suel Çela that Taloja was sheltered in Ben Muça's apartment.

Duman is convinced of this information, since according to him, Taloja had company with Ben Muçës, because they were in prison together.

But in order to be sure of this information, Dumani has decided to travel from the area of ​​the former Block in the direction of Elbasan, to the area of ​​Fushë-Mbreti, where Ben Mucha's house was located. The purpose of this visit was not to strike with a weapon, but to ensure whether Talo Çela was in the apartment or not.

"... after verifying where the house was, I saw if the apartment and the surrounding area had cameras or not... I left and after 10 minutes I went the second time, to look through the window to see if there were people or not. I told Henrik that I believe Taloja was in that house, as there were people in the house, but that I knew who they were. When I got close to the entrance to the backyard, I heard the noise, as the straw fills, and I left..." - said Dumani.

The latter felt something abnormal and that was not right in that apartment, and the fear of falling into a trap, led to the rapid departure in the direction of Henrik.

Both of them fled to the city of Fier together. In Fier, they initially stayed in a hotel, where Dumani was arrested by the police together with Henrik Hoxhaj.
