The National Territorial Council (KKT) approved in October of last year a number of construction permits, among which were at least three new towers near the center of Tirana, as well as others, mainly in the coastal area of ​​the South of the country.

In the list approved by Rama, for Tirana, there is also a 28-story tower at Liqeni owned by Adriatik Dudaj, the husband of the well-known publisher Arlinda Dudaj.

The company that will build the tower, "Vistas Enterprises", where Arlinda is, among other things, a member of the Supervisory Council of the company.

The tower will be built at the entrance of the artificial lake at the "Marin Barleti" university and will be a "service, hotel and residential structure of 2-8 floors and 28 floors above ground, with 5 floors underground.
