Protests against him in Tirana, Rama exhibits his works as an artist in Switzerland (VIDEO)

And while in Tirana, the protest against him has entered its 16th day, Prime Minister Edi Rama is in Basel, Switzerland today.

His presence in Basel coincides with the development of Art Basel, one of the most prestigious contemporary art events worldwide, where the head of the Albanian government is part of the official program.

Meanwhile, former anti-drug officer Dritan Zagani has published a video from Switzerland on social media, where Prime Minister Edi Rama appears in the background during the art exhibition.


The video published by Zagani has sparked reactions online, as protests continue in Tirana and citizens' demands remain unchanged for 16 consecutive days, Prime Minister Edi Rama has chosen to be present in Geneva, where he is presenting his artistic works as part of an exhibition open to the public.

Meanwhile, former officer Dritan Zagani has been living with political asylum in Switzerland for years.

He was forced to leave the country after denouncing former Interior Minister Saimir Tahiri's connections with Moisi Habilaj's drug trafficking group.
