In search of several murders, Shkodra's "strongman" Ibrahim Lici is arrested

Ibrahim Lici, one of the most well-known crime figures in Shkodër, has been arrested in Turkey.

He was wanted by the Albanian police for the murder of Endri Mustafa in the Livadhe area in May 2021, as well as for the murder of two brothers Astrit and Brahim Bilali, which happened on March 30, 2019.

His arrest by the Turkish authorities is understood to have been made on October 19, 2022. He had entered the Turkish state on July 24, 2021.
