Today, in the Court of First Instance of the Durrës Judicial District, a "Prison arrest" measure has been imposed for 32-year-old Marjus Musaku, who is accused of "Illegal Deprivation of Liberty", "Compelling or hindering cohabitation or married or divorced" and "Violent sexual relations with adults".
The citizen Musaku was arrested in the act by the blues of the city of Durrës after he had been holding the citizen Ersida Dyrmishi hostage at gunpoint for 9 days.
The 30-year-old mother of two minor children was declared missing by her husband on July 25. Dyrmishi was held hostage for 9 days in an apartment on the outskirts of Durrës, while the family members had asked for the help of the media and citizens to find her.
Musaku is suspected of sexually abusing the young woman, threatening her and the lives of her family members.
Even in court, he denied that the young woman was kidnapped, and he even stated that "I did not hold her hostage. She came of her own accord. We have a love story, we have been together these days".
Sakaq Dyrmishi declares that he knew Musak, but does not prefer to give another name to their acquaintance.
