Bad weather causes power outages in the Elbasan Region, 10 areas of Librazhd in

The deteriorating weather that has affected the Elbasan Region has caused numerous problems in the supply of electricity, especially in the mountainous areas of the region.

As a result of difficult weather conditions and the blockage of several road axes, some villages continue to remain without power.

Currently, electricity shortages are reported in several feeders in the Elbasan Region, specifically:

-Fidri 6 Lunik– Librazhd substation, where the areas of Qytezë, Qarrisht, Borovë, Zabzun and Stërblevë are without power.

-Fidri 4 Polis– Librazhd substation, where the problem affects the Sopot and Vilan areas.

-Fidri 3– Librazhd substation, where power shortages have been identified in the areas of Qershizë Banjë, Verrisht Banjë and Mali i Xhyrës.

In some cases, power has been restored within a short time, but interventions are being made difficult by road blockages caused by rainfall and low temperatures.

Authorities call on residents for understanding, while assuring that the situation is being continuously monitored and that power supply will be normalized as soon as conditions allow for full intervention in all problematic areas.
