A citizen denounces a serious problem with BKT bank , where according to him hackers have taken money from many citizens' bank accounts.

He states that the bank card was used in Skopje, while the family members were in Tirana.

Joq writes that the bank has only responded with a request to replace the card, without taking any responsibility for the loss of money.

The citizen emphasizes that this situation raises strong concerns about security in Albanian banks, describing it as zero.

It's about his father's card, but he adds that he also has an account at this bank and doesn't feel safe.

According to him, the bank is delaying the solution to the problem and is " playing tricks ", while the main problem remains the fact that at the moment the money is stolen, the bank does not offer any security guarantees to customers.
