For low-tonnage and fishing vessels, sailing was suspended the night before. According to the Port Authority, the wind is blowing from the southeast and the waves in the open sea reach 7 points, creating difficulties in navigation.

The same situation is in Vlora, where fishing boats and small-tonnage vessels will not be allowed to go out to sea throughout the day due to rough seas and strong winds. Throughout the morning of this Monday, high-intensity rainfall has fallen in Vlora, bringing back the fear of flooding. The municipality has warned citizens not to park cars in several high-risk areas, which were affected by floods a few months ago, such as Albano and Romina streets, the area near the Public Library, near the Orthodox Church, on the pier and the 'Halim Xhelo' school.

Meanwhile, there has been rain and snow in the north of the country, and the first problems have appeared in Kukës, on the Kukës-Bushtricë axis. It is reported that several vehicles have been left on the road as a result of the snow. Drivers are complaining about the lack of snowplows.

In Shkodra, at altitudes above 800 meters, precipitation is in the form of snow. On the Qafe Mali-Fierze road segment, there is low-intensity snowfall, but without causing traffic problems.

Meanwhile, in Lezha, about 15 mm of rainfall is reported, but currently there are no problems in the drainage network. The functioning of the drainage network and embankments are being monitored.
