Holding a girl from Patos hostage and using her as a prostitute in the city of Fier has led to the arrest of four people, including Arbër Mehmet, the owner of a Clab-Tallavaje named "Casablanca".

Arbër Mehmeti, Pranvera Isufaj, Aleksandra Toska and the minor A.Dine, have been charged with several criminal offenses such as "Trafficking of adults", "Owning premises for prostitution", "Illegal deprivation of liberty" and "Deportation of the prisoner from the place of stay".

Mehmeti, for a period of time, remained hidden avoiding justice, but then he was arrested by the police and together with his three accomplices, he is in prison.

For more than 10 months, the criminal file against the above 4 persons has been investigated by the prosecutor of Fier, Petrit Vukaj.

During the investigation phase, Vukaj found that the 4 people were holding a girl from Patos hostage, who they used for prostitution in the premises of a nightclub but also in the premises of an apartment in Fier.

It is learned that one of the girls, 32-year-old Pranvera Isufaj, was under "house arrest" when she used the girl SM as a prostitute and held the latter hostage.

Due to the violation of the measure of "house arrest", the police have filed another charge against him, such as "Removing the prisoner from the place of stay".

According to the investigative file that is in the court, on February 25, 2023, the citizen R. Hoxha called the Fier police operation room, announcing that her friend, SM, from the city of Patos, was being threatened with her life by a person named Arbër Mehmet.

The police quickly went to the place "Zogu i Zi" in Fier, making contact with the complainant and the victim. While Arbër Mehmeti, left quickly, but was arrested a few months later.

In the statement she gave to the police, SM indicated that she has been separated from her family since New Year's Eve 2022. She ran away from her family, who lived in the city of Patos, after an argument with people close to her, while traveling in the direction of Fier

In the city of Fier, she met Arbër Mehmet, a person she had known for some time on social networks.

The first time he met with him was on December 31, 2022, and the meeting took place at the place called "...around the rotation of the Globe...".

The moment she got into Arbër Mehmet's car, the latter asked her for her phone, where he removed the SIM card and broke it. Then he also broke SM's phone

During this time, the injured SM told Mehmet why he did this by breaking his phone? But Arbër Mehmeti punched him in the head, threatening him not to speak or do anything, as he threatened him with his life. At the same time in this meeting, he also took the girl's identity card.

SM, has shown that being scared, she remained silent and Arbër Mehmeti had taken her to an old apartment, located next to his bar called "Cassablanca" in Fier.

From the moment of the meeting with Arbër Mehmet and until the day before the report, SM was used for prostitution by this person, where he had relationships with different clients against amounts from 30 thousand allek to 200 euros.

The places where the girl practiced prostitution were two apartments in the city of Fier and an indoor area of ​​the "Cassablanca" bar.

She also specified that during these two months she was forced to have sex with different men in several hotels, outdoors and in vehicles.

SM has stated that several other people were involved in this criminal activity carried out by Arbër Mehmeti, such as Pranvera Isufaj, Aleksandra Toska, the minor AD and another person named "Marjus".

According to her, all these people in cooperation with each other, under the threat of her life, forced her to practice prostitution and appropriated the sums of money that benefited from this activity for their own account.

Even in the cases when the client gave her the SM lek herself, the above persons embezzled it, exerting physical and psychological violence against her, keeping her locked in these apartments and without communication with other people.

Even one of the houses where SM was kept locked up and practiced prostitution, turns out to have been rented by the arrested Aleksandra Toska and her boyfriend named "Redon".

Regarding the persons who were sex clients, SM stated that he does not remember them as they were different and he did not record them./OraNEWS
