Albania bans entry of Mojahedin leader Maryam Rajavi
Liderja e MEK, Maryam Rajavi

Maryam Rajavi, leader of the Iranian Mujahidin, has been refused entry to Albania, several foreign media reports today.

According to the Iran-based news agency Tasnim, it is the Special Court in Albania that has issued an order banning Rajav's entry into our country.

Rajavi has been in France for years, where another large number of Mujahidin are housed.

Earlier this year, relations between the Mujahidin and the host states such as Albania,

France and the US, which supports them, were cracked down after police searches of their hideouts.

In Albania, police organized a major control action in Manëz, Durres, where dozens of electronic devices used by MEK members were seized. SPAK suspects they carried out cyber attacks on Iran from their base in Manz.

In France, the authorities denied the mojahedin several consecutive requests for protests.
