He further added that the Police, and not only, should change the way they react to this phenomenon, which remains disturbing.

During the discussion with the local structures in Dibër, Balla said that the phenomenon of the distribution of narcotics should also be dealt with severely, as this type of crime destroys the future of the country.

Further, he focused on some other problems, such as environmental crimes, which he said should be treated with high priority, from cutting down forests, mining, as well as a tougher approach to the possession of weapons without a permit.

During the visit to Dibër, Minister Balla inspected the works for the construction of the new Police building in this district, which are in the final stage.
