One of the emails published by the hackers "Homeland Justice", addressed to the former director of the Police, Gladis Nano, is about the former Director of Organized Crime in the Central Directorate of SHISH, Frederik Ymeri.

In a published letter, it is said that Frederik Ymeri may have established and maintained contacts with employees of any service or police of any other country to whom he provides information of the nature of organized crime against payment.

Also, it is specified that there are doubts that he worked for a political entity. In one of the messages sent by Frederik Ymeri to his subordinate from Vlora, called Luftar, he asks for information on the politician Koço Kokëdhima.

The document states:

"It is suspected that the information provided by the subject mainly talks about Albanian or Kosovar citizens who carry out criminal activities such as drug trafficking, etc., in various European countries.

Subject Frederik Ymeri has also shown interest in gathering information of a political nature, which he asks his connection Luftar Ç., a resident of Vlora.

Concretely, his interests resulted in the following: On 07.01.2021, the subject Frederik Ymeri, user of the number 06*****9151, sends a message to Luftar, user of the number 06*****0233 with the text: "If you have the opportunity to clarify who are Koço Kokëdhima's social connections? Where is his party financed and what kind of relations does it have with the DP and LSI parties? Write as long as possible. We need them before the 10th".

The fighter replies with a text message: "I will make some meetings and come to Tirana to drink coffee." I will announce 1 day before I come".

On 12.03.2021, at 17:19:00, the subject Frederik Ymeri, user of the number 06*****9151, sends a message to Luftar, user of the number 06*****60233 with the text: "Luftar, I am glad you are well familiarly. I am worried about your family health. Are you okay. As far as possible, it is necessary to have information about the presence of Art Dawn in Albania. I'm sorry."

Time 17:22:17 The fighter responds with a message to the subject Frederik Ymeri with the text: "Ok, I will come".

At 17:23:29, the subject Frederik Ymeri sends a message to Luftari again with the text: "Thank you, don't be in a hurry so that we can have a complete overview".

At 17:26:04, Luftari again sends a message to the subject Frederik Ymemri with the text: "Don't worry, it's important to be accurate".

On 29.03.2021, time 09:04:51, the subject Frederik Ymeri, user of the number 06*****9151, sends a message to Luftar Ç., user of the number 06*****0233 with the text: "Luftar, you are fine familiarly. My order deadline is Wednesday. I know you are very busy with work. If you can, you can send me a message with the names. Thank you".

Frederik Ymeri with the text: "Tomorrow early I will be at coffee together, I have prepared them for you to bring. Respect".

It is suspected that he can serve this information to some political entity, but from the investigative work done so far, it is not possible to find out where exactly he sends this information".
