The Mayor of Tirana has addressed Prosecutor Ols Dado, telling him that he is in a conflict of interest.

"You have a conflict of interest, you have a personal one with me. You presented yourself to me and obtained a building permit, you received a building permit from me. After you were dissatisfied, you told me "you will remember it". You have two options, either walk away from this issue, or align yourself with the other builders here."
