33-year-old Enea Zeqiri was arrested in the act for forcibly holding a 15-year-old girl in her apartment, not allowing her to leave and exercising psychological violence against her.

During the intervention, the Police found a 33-year-old man in possession of a pistol with a silencer and combat ammunition.

The Durrës Police Commissariat and the operational services of the Durrës Local Police Directorate, after receiving a report that a citizen had forcibly held a 15-year-old girl, with whom he was suspected of having an intimate relationship, and was not allowing her to leave his apartment, exerting psychological violence against her, intervened, catching the citizen in the act and handcuffing him:

EZ, 33 years old, resident of neighborhood no. 14, Durrës.

During the intervention and search of the apartment, the Police services found a "Zastava" pistol with a silencer and combat ammunition on this citizen, which were seized as material evidence.

The procedural materials were transferred to the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction of Durrës, for the criminal offenses of "Domestic Violence", "Unlawful Deprivation of Liberty" and "Unauthorized Possession of Weapons and Ammunition".
