The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, spoke again about the arrest warrant issued by SPAK for the director of the State Intelligence Service, Vlora Hyseni, during a meeting with DP supporters in Vlora.
Calling Hyseni a 'servant of crime', Berisha said that the director of SPAK has given criminal gangs equipment for recording and filming, purchased with Albanian taxes.
"Every day, the most chilling evidence emerges that Albanians today are more than ever under the occupation of crime, of a criminal regime. It turns out that the head of SHISH, whose main task is national security, comprehensive security, is a slandered soldier of organized crime. He gave gangs and crime all the means that were purchased with your taxes for registrations, filming, surveillance, for those who posed a danger," Berisha said, among other things.
Berisha also spoke about the searches in the apartment of the former Director General of the State Police, Ilir Proda, where he said that a super-special sniper was found in his possession.
For Berisha, all criminal offenses involving senior state officials occur with the full knowledge of Prime Minister Edi Rama.
"The former Police Director whose apartment was searched was found with a super special sniper rifle in his apartment, purchased for the security of citizens, but never for a specific person. I will tell you one thing, that everything you have heard and will hear about Belinda Balluku, Vlora Hyseni, Ermal Beqiri, Ergys Agas, absolutely everything was done under the orders of Edi Rama. None of it was done without his order. Albanians will learn many, many other things from the ugly criminal acts of this gang. Before it, we are a political force with a major obligation to save the country", said Berisha, among other things.
