The conversation further reinforces the suspicion of the possible organization of a second assassination attempt on Lulzim Kulla. The discovery of the name of Gëzim Çela, known as one of the biggest bosses of drug trafficking, is also interesting. He does not turn out to have been implicated in these events, but the groups reveal in the leaked conversations how they exchange information and honor between them.

Finally, Gëzim Çela has been declared wanted within the anti-drug operation "Flame at Sea". Çela together with 2 citizens and Ukrainians were allegedly behind the plan to traffic a quantity of cannabis through a ship. On August 15, 2023, the vessel was set on fire in the open sea after realizing the pursuit by the police. The former police officer Çela is known in the ranks of the dark world as one of the first characters to have established connections and direct traffic lines with powerful international cartels. First in the eastern line of heroin from Turkey, and then with cocaine lines from Latin America. It is not known if the SKY application revealed his connections with Shkodra drug trafficking groups, but his friendship with Bajra's opponents appears in conversations.
