Former RTSH chief Thoma Gëllçi is released from prison.

The decision was taken this Tuesday by the GjKKO. Gëlçi was sentenced to 1 year and 4 years in prison for embezzlement. Gjkko accepted the request of lawyer Dorian Matlia for his release as a joke that the terms of the sentence have expired.

Meanwhile, his case will be developed in an appeal where Gëlci claims innocence.
