Xhevahiri has just entered the "Bajri" file, he has started communications with Pëllumb Gjoka.

On February 19, 2020, Xhevahir Lita talks to Pëllumb Gjoka and discusses the case judge Besmir Stroka and a person named "Arbër", who has a good relationship with Besmir.

“Arbëri” rezulton të jetë Arbër Çela, drejtues i gjykatës, që së bashku me Xhevahir Litën, në muajin nëntor 2022 i mbyllën dosjen e tjetërsimit të pronave në Velipojë, të hetuarit Pëllumb Gjoka dhe personave të tjerë të kallëzuar.

Xhevahir Lita shpjegon se takimi me "Arbërin" shkoi shumë mirë dhe i shpjegon se "Arbëri" është shumë mirë me Besmirin.

Pëllumb Gjoka i shkruan duke insistuar që të mbyllet “çështja”, por Xhevahir Lita i thotë që do shikojë se ç'mund të bëjë dhe në vazhdimësi të bisedës kërkon që të shtyhet gjyqi dhe shtyrjen ta bëjnë avokatët.

Avokat është Alban Bengasi, pasi Xhevahir Lita dërgon mesazh: "..të vinë avokatët të gjejnë një zgjidhje për atyrje.." dhe Pëllumb Gjoka i përgjigjet "Alban Bengasi".

Avokati Bengasi është njeriu i shpallur në kërkim nga SPAK në dosjen "Dumani", për "dhunë në familje" në kuadër të "Grupit Kriminal" dhe "Sigurim i kushteve për të kryer vrasje".

Në këtë çështje Alban Bengasi është avokat mbrojtës i të gjithë personave të arrestuar si  Behar Bajri, Enver Bajri, Safet Rustemi, Ilir Rustemi, Emrah Plaku Astmer Bilali, Samet Halluni, Ismet Idrizi, Sirjan Alija, Jorida Murati.

Lita e informon dhe koordinon për çdo gjë Pëllumb Gjokën dhe ky i fundit e informon Behar Bajrin në burg.

Lita i shkruan Pëllumbit: "...unë do e dorëzoj gjithsesi kërkesën, por gjyqtari Besmir Stroka e ka vënë në dijeni se çështjen mund ta kthejë për kompetencë në prokurorinë SPAK.

Ndërsa Pëllumb Gjoka i shprehet se: "...është bërë goxha punë për të ardh deri në këtë moment, pasi nuk ka asnjë bazë ligjore që çështja të shkojë sërisht në SPAK".

Ky mesazh tregon se grupi Bajri-Gjoka ka influencuar dhe korruptuar prokurorë brenda SPAK, për ta çuar dosjen në gjykatën e Shkodrës.

Pëllumb Gjoka: "...Nese ai e ka vertet at mendje shtyje...Mirë por sot ti lej ne burg ata...Nuk po i thot njeri me i nxjerr...Ma mir te vin te ti se te shperndahen...".

Lita dyshohet se i përgjigjet lidhur me faktin se si do veprohet nëse gjykata shpall moskompetencën dhe dërgon mesazhet: "...le të behet ca të doje se edhe nese e dergo...aty dergohet vetem masa se ne nuk e dergojme...kete tonen...ca do beje pa tonen...Se humbim shum koh". "se dhe ne nuk e mbarojme per nje apo dy muaj...mir...po po".

Në 19 shkurt 2020, gjykata e Shkodrës mer vendim duke ja kaluar dosjen SPAK, për hetime të metejshme.

I vënë në dijeni se çfarë kishte deklaruar Besmir Stroka tek Xhevahir Lita, një person nga burgu 313 në Tiranë i shkruar në "Sky" Pëllumb Gjokës, duke i pohuar se i kishte lënë porosi Behari me pseudonimin (Lopata).

I burgosuri i shkruan Gjokës në emër të "lopatës" Behar Brajoviq dhe e pyet lidhur me çështjen gjyqësore në Shkodër, duke dërguar mesazhe:

"...Friend, how are you... Lapata asks me... What's going on, John says... He gave me back the file, SPAKU, because he was worried about it... Ok... Why did he return it to me? .. How did he want this... Are you talking to the lawyer, he asked... Ok, go ahead quickly, tell me to tell you that it was a concern... Good... They're sending it back to SPAK, I'll take it there because they made the first decision... I'm sorry, they're playing, friend... ".

From the conversation, it is understood that Pëllumbi relays to Behar Brajović, through the owner of U2BA3G in prison, the fact that the prosecutor told him that there is no problem even though the file has been returned to SPAK.

On February 20, Xhevahir Lita says that he will come to Tirana asking for a meeting with Pëllumb Gjoka at "Rozafa" and to talk at length./Ora News
