Tirana Police reacted after the viral video on social networks where a young man had tied a dog to his neck with a wire and showed it by rolling it in the air. The dog was seen shocked and scared as he tried to leave the young man.

The Blues of Tirana suggest that they have identified the author and declared him wanted. It is about the citizen MI, 20 years old, resident in Tirana. He is charged with the criminal offense of "Animal Abuse". 

The materials in charge of this citizen were passed to the Prosecutor's Office of Tirana, for further actions.

The police thank the media and citizens who report cases of illegality and again invite them to report any case of illegality to the Digital Commissariat and number 112, guaranteeing full anonymity and immediate and impartial response.
