The former Minister of Health, Ilir Beqaj, temporarily left his cell for the second day in a row to testify at the Investigative Commission for Sterilization and Check-Up, whose mandate ends today.

Former minister Beqaj arrived at the Presidency of the Assembly, where the shooting took place, around 10:25, accompanied by the police force and handcuffed.

But, just like yesterday, Ilir Beqaj took care not to show his handcuffs.

He covered them with a black sweatshirt, while holding a bag in his hands.
