The attack with four deaths in Shkodër has not yet been solved, while AMP reported today the officers in Prokuroi as they allegedly allowed the third person who was in the car with Hamza Lici and Arlind Bushati to leave.

Journalist Ferdinand Dervishi, invited to the "Studio Live" show, said that it was confirmed through sources that the third person in the car was Ibrahim Lici.

"It is Ibrahim Lici, the sources say it is him. "An investigation has been opened for the policemen who did not arrest him", emphasized Dervishi.

According to Dervish, on the day of the assassination, the director of the Shkodra Police, Edmond Sulaj, was in Tirana to submit his resignation, but returned as soon as he was informed of the massacre.
