The Constitutional Court announced the end of Sonila Bejtje's mandate, a few days after issuing the decision. Now, President Bajram Begaj has opened the race.

Announcement: 

The final decision will be published on the official website of the Court, and will be sent to the parties in the process, justified within the legal deadlines provided for by Law No. 8577, dated 10.02.2000 “On the organization and functioning of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Albania”, as amended by the Regulation on Judicial Procedures of the Constitutional Court.
