The Durrës court decided today the security measure " arrest in prison " for the former chief registrar Ardian Kona , the cousin of Monika Kryemadhi, who is accused of alienating nearly 13 thousand square meters of land in Gjirin e Lalzi.

The decision was given by judge Xhevdet Lika , based on the request of the prosecutor, Mediana Meta .

The former head of the Cadastre, Kona, was not present at the hearing due to his poor health, but was represented by the lawyer, Esmeralda Rama , and his mother, lawyer,  Flutura Kona .

The latter is the daughter of Monika Kryemadhi's aunt who has accompanied her several times to SPAK.

According to the health card presented at the hearing, Kona has heart problems, is diabetic and has hypertension, so after the arrest she was hospitalized in Durres.

Based on the investigations of the prosecution, Kona, in cooperation with the Cadastre lawyer, Bledar Zerba and the surveyor, Leandro Dervishi, have registered a land area of ​​12,900 m² in Lalëz without any legal documentation in the name of 44-year-old Arta Demiraj.

The land, which previously had the status of "state", was appropriated in complete violation of the law on property titles.

The prosecution emphasizes that the registration was made by abusing a court decision, while there is no Land Acquisition Act (AMTP) or supporting documentation in the Cadastre archives for the property. For this land in Lalzi Bay, the court decided in July of this year, preventive seizure.

In today's hearing, it was announced that in 2023, Bilbil Kërtusha, a resident of the administrative unit of Išem, which has the Bay of Lalzi in its territory, sued the Cadastre of Durrës for a land area of ​​12,900 m2 which was given to a fellow villager. his Kujtim Demiraj (father of Arta Demiraj) resident in Saint Pjeter i Ishmi, claiming ownership of this surface.

Under these conditions, the investigation into the practice of giving this area of ​​land, which was found with serious violations because it turns out to be state land, has started.

The lawyer claimed that Ardian Kona was a "victim" of 2 employees who sent her the documents of this property for signature and in the routine of signing hundreds of practices, she signed without being aware of the violations.

He also claims that the correct documents, ie AMTP, should be in the mortgage, which was not taken into consideration by the judge of the session in his decision.

The lawyer Bledar Zerba, the surveyor, Leandro Dervishi and the beneficiary of the land, Arta Demiraj, are wanted for the alienation of the land.

The latter, in the 2023 elections, ran under the banner of the Republican Party, as a member of the municipal council in Tirana. While at NKR, Demiraj is a shareholder in a cleaning company with an Italian partner.
