Who is the official who informed Armando Pacani that there is an arrest warrant

A criminal group led by Albanian citizens was busted on Tuesday, June 16, by the Special Prosecution Office and the individuals for whom an arrest warrant was issued are accused of trafficking at least 50 tons of cocaine during the years 2019-2021 and laundering the money in towers, hotels and villas. This group has operated in Latin America, Brazil, Belgium and the Netherlands, among the arrest warrants is one for Armando Pacani.

But what is worrying, almost alarming, is the fact that the latter was not only informed in advance that an arrest warrant had been issued against him by Germany, but also received photographs of official documents confirming this fact. But SPAK has still not been able to identify the person who extracted these confidential documents from state institutions. The question that still arises after almost two weeks since the arrest warrants were issued is: Who was the person who had access to the secret documents of Interpol and the Ministry of Justice? This is still a mystery. 

According to VNA.al, in the SPAK file, an unidentified person sends Pacani messages on SkyECC with the following content: "Here I only have the letter with me, because it was in German, they will translate it", "what I have is a letter that shows the number of the German decision and other dates". Pacani writes: "what are the dates for". The other person then sends him a photo of a letter, from the content of which it results that the arrest warrant has the number 703 Gs 255/20 and only the part 4.02.2022 is visible, which is the date of the order. SPAK has carried out verifications of the arrest warrant, if it belongs to citizen Armando Pacani, to whom photos of the document were sent via Sky ECC.

Then another person writes to Pacani: "Brother, the details are above, name, birthday..." Then he sends him a letter from the Ministry of Justice. After sending him the photo, he writes: "They also wrote to you with another name, brother..."

"From the review of the "Red Notice" document issued by Interpol Wiesnaden/Germany, it results that this citizen has been declared wanted by the Court of Dortmund, Germany, with number 703 Gs 255/20 dated 4.02.2022," it is stated in the SPAK file.

We recall that Armando Pacani is the head of one of the criminal groups that was supplied with cocaine by Salvatore Shpërim Aliu. This group has operated in Latin America, Brazil, Belgium and the Netherlands and the accused persons, traffickers and "businessmen" who laundered the money obtained from criminal activity with villas, residential towers and hotels, are: Nikoll Bibaj, Isa Aliu, ⁠Sokol Bibaj, Florjan Musaj, Armando Pacani, Denis Matoshi alias Eldi Dizdari, Naldi Yzeiraj, Oklid Aliu, ⁠Dritan Gjika, Shpëtim Aliu.
