Video of the conflict between Rei Meta and builder Armando Meshau, yesterday in Vlora, is published.

As the footage is noted, 55-year-old Armando Meshau is sitting in front of a computer when he starts arguing with 33-year-old Ray Meta.

At one point Meshau punches Meta in the face, while the latter fights him by shooting him four or five times in the head.

Shortly after, the builder Meshau is not feeling well in the chair until he has fallen to the ground and died. A boy believed to be the employee has been approached to help him.

In the police, Meta said that the dispute had become an old conflict over a sum of money.

"I had a long-time conflict with TheO. I had previously brokered with another person for Armando to buy a land area. He had promised me that if he could buy that land, I would get a lot of money from him, but he didn't tell me how much. After some time I learned that the land area was bought by Armando and I went to see him several times and ask for the money he had promised me," he told police.
