Committed 2 thefts within 2 months, 43-year-old Egyptian arrested in Kruja

Kruja Police have uncovered and documented 2 thefts that occurred during the last 2 months in Kruja and have arrested the suspected perpetrator.

Based on the review of the video footage, the perpetrator of the two thefts, Egyptian citizen M. Sh., 43 years old, resident of Nikël, was identified, captured and arrested.

Specifically, it is suspected that this citizen: on 20.09.2025, he broke into a store in Nikël and on 03.10.2025, he stole tools from a warehouse in the village of Qerekë.

Investigations are ongoing to uncover other thefts that the 43-year-old may have committed.

The procedural materials were referred to the Tirana Prosecutor's Office for further action, for the criminal offense of "Theft".
