"Rama came to us, he turned us off...", other SPAK wiretaps about the "Rrumi" group are revealed

Aleksandër Laho, known as "Rrumi", promised property on the coast of Durrës to Aldo Avdyl so that the latter would help him eliminate his opponents, Platent Dervishaj, Lulzim Berisha and Edmond Koci, known as Mond Cekuiku.

In this conversation, Rrumi writes that the first in line should be Lulzim Berisha, then Mond Ceik and finally Plarent Dervishaj.

Aldo Avdyli replies, "You're absolutely right, brother... This is what someone is putting you through... And for me... They've got it... I'm talking about Luli... I'm talking directly to Luli... He wants it... You just have to decide."

Rrumi writes to remove Edmond Cekic first, as he considers him the brains on the ground of the opposing group.

Aldo writes: "Oh brother, we need 10 victims... before the year ends... if this Rama comes here... we can't do much... because he will turn us off...". In this conversation, Aldo Avdyli reminds Rrumi that the prime minister would run for MP in Durrës and that this would ruin his work.

Aleksandr replies: "She really bothered me too... Rama... but she came there and paralyzed us a little... I thought about it straight away the day I found out."

SPAK says that Rrumi offers Avdyl a coveted area of ??property on the coast in exchange.

SPAK hit the criminal group led by Aleksandër Laho, after discovering a scheme to alienate properties on the coast. The group also included his brother Vullnet Muca, driver Agron Bejdolli and Vlash Brahja. SPAK also shed light on the murder of Edmir Bregu for revenge motives ordered by Astrit Avdyli and Aldo Avdyli. Enea Kume, the brother of socialist MP Loer Kume, is also suspected of being involved in the murder.
