It is suspected that Jamarbër Malltezi has benefited from 3-5% of the real estate of 5 families that he has represented by proxy and he himself was a representative in exchange for privatization, where he has built 17 towers.

Meanwhile, the club "Partizani" was in the plan of spreading the Armed Forces and was not allowed to be privatized.

Malltezi allegedly laundered money with Bektesh who, according to SPAK, opened the construction company at the same time when the privatization was carried out.

For Sali Berisha, a mandatory security measure has been imposed, while his son-in-law, Jamarbër Malltezi, has been arrested for the privatization of the former Partizani complex.

Fatmir Bektashi, the builder's heir, has also been taken into custody.

The report was made by the Minister of the Interior, Taulant Balla, regarding the procedures followed for the privatization of the state property "Klubi Sportiv Partizani" Tirana. SPAK has been following the investigations for two years.
