"I confirmed my support for SPAK" - The new EU Ambassador meets

The new European Union Ambassador, Sofia Moreira de Sousa, met this Monday with the head of the Special Prosecution Office, Klodjan Braho, writes A2 CNN.

"SPAK's work against organized crime and high-level corruption is essential to supporting the rule of law in Albania," the ambassador said in a post on X.

"In my first meeting with the Special Chief Prosecutor, I reconfirmed my efficient, independent, strong and continuous support for SPAK.

"Continuing clear results in the fight against organized crime and corruption is a key element for Albania's progress towards membership in the European Union," she continues.
