The Special Prosecutor's Office has officially cleared the charges against eight people involved in the sterilization concession tender, which until now has led to the imprisonment of the former Deputy Minister of Health, Klodjan Rjepaj, the businessman who received 100 million euros, Ilir Rrapaj, and also gave measures for six other officials.

Based on the official accusation from SPAK, Rjepaj is given the measure of "prison arrest", as a suspect for the criminal offenses "Forgery of documents" committed in collaboration with the person who has the duty to issue the document and "Abuse of duty" committed in collaboration, provided by articles 186/3 - 25 and 248 - 25 of the Criminal Code.

For the businessman Rrapaj, as a suspect for the criminal offense "Fraud", with serious consequences, provided by article 143/3 of the Criminal Code.

The assignment to the person under investigation Arben Gjata, the Rector of the University of Medicine, at the same time the chief of surgery at QSUT, of the personal security measure "Obligation to appear before the judicial police" provided by article 234 of the Penal Code, as suspected of the criminal offenses "Forgery of documents" committed in collaboration with the person who has the duty to issue the document and "Abuse of duty" committed in collaboration, provided by articles 186/3 - 25 and 248 - 25 of the Criminal Code.

The assignment to the person under investigation, Pertef Mersini, of the personal security measure "Compulsion to appear before the judicial police" provided by article 234 of the Penal Code, as a suspect for the criminal offenses "Forgery of documents" committed in cooperation and by the person who has the duty to issue the document and "Abuse of duty" carried out in cooperation, provided by articles 186/3 - 25 and 248 - 25 of the Criminal Code.

The assignment to the person under investigation Genc Burazeri of the personal security measure "Compulsion to appear before the judicial police" provided by article 234 of the Penal Code, as a suspect for the criminal offenses "Forgery of documents" committed in cooperation with by the person who has the duty to issue the document and "Misuse of duty" carried out in cooperation, provided by articles 186/3 - 25 and 248 - 25 of the Criminal Code.

The assignment to the person under investigation, Naile Ajazi, of the personal security measure "Compulsion to appear before the judicial police" provided by article 234 of the Penal Code, as a suspect for the criminal offense "Forgery of documents" committed in cooperation with by the person who has the duty to issue the document and "Misuse of duty" carried out in cooperation, provided by articles 186/3 - 25 and 248 - 25 of the Criminal Code.

Also, SPAK has informed that the investigations continue in the direction of identifying the criminal responsibility of other persons who, during this procedure, have carried out actions contrary to the law and the regular fulfillment of the duty.
