The athlete Klodiana Shala said in an interview for Euronews that in Albania they ask for sexual favors regardless of your CV.

"The image it may have on others may be related to the compromises that have been made. In Albania, it may happen that you enter the job and they don't take your CV at first, that the CV is the main thing and they don't take it. They get their CV after a year. This is where the opportunities for harassment begin," said Shala.

She took the screen girls as an example when she said that in most cases they have to put their bodies on display, since they are not fit for the job position.
