The Supreme Court rejected the request submitted by the lawyers of Sali Berisha and Jamarbër Malltez for the exclusion of the trial team composed of Sandër Simoni, Ilir Panda and Sokol Binaj.

The troupe would consider the request for removal of the restrictive security measure of house arrest imposed on both of them.
