GJKKO overturns the suspension of the case, forces SPAK to investigate the governor Gent Sejko

The Special Anticorruption Court overthrew SPAK, once again returning to the Special Prosecutor's Office for investigation the report made by Tedi Malaveci, the head of the House of Executors, against the governor of the Bank of Albania Gent Sejko, whom he had reported for "abuse of duty", regarding with microcredits.

This Wednesday, judge Flora Hajredinaj, after the appeal made by Malaveci against SPAK's decision to dismiss the case against Gent Sejko, has decided to declare SPAK's request invalid.

The judge considers SPAK's request to dismiss the case against the governor of the Bank of Albania as invalid, while returning the acts to the special structure for completion of investigations.
