Accompanied by the Prison Police, the Mayor of Tirana, Erion Veliaj, has arrived at the Administrative Court for the hearing against prosecutor Ols Dado.

Today at 09:00, the next confrontation will be held at the Administrative Court regarding the lawsuit filed by the Mayor of Tirana, Erion Veliaj, who is seeking the annulment of the decree that made Ols Dadon a prosecutor.

The reason for the postponement of the session on July 3 was the absence of lawyer Plarent Ndreca. Veliaj, who was present at the session, requested the reading of a statement, but the judge did not allow it.

In the statement that was later distributed to the media, Veliaj said that the Constitutional Court concluded that it had not proven the suspicion that a criminal offense had been committed.
