The permit issue for Fredi Beleri is already in the hands of the Court of First Instance in Durrës.

But as the hearing date approaches, two judges have recused themselves from hearing Beler's request.

Initially, the judge Rexhep Bekteshi, who had won the lot to judge the request, gave up.

Then the lot fell to judge Besiana Garxenaj, who withdrew, refusing to be involved in this heated case.

Judge Entela Shedola has already taken over the trial of Beler's request. The session is scheduled to be held at noon on October 10.
