The three children of Pellumb Meta

Investigations into the murder of Pëllumb Meta by members of his family are still ongoing.

Until now, his three children, Hysen, Hygerta and Amarildo Meta, are in prison, as they are accused of collaborating in the murder of their father.

But their behavior in the court session and during these days in prison, have become the reason for other investigations.

It is learned that yesterday the judicial police officer (OPGj) administered blood tests to three children who are now in custody in Durrës.

Experts and the investigative team suspect that the three children may be drug users because of their behavior in prison all these days.

The prosecution is expected to interrogate the three children again, to confront their statements regarding the day the murder took place, and the role each one had. Blerina Meta is currently free, although under investigation, for the charge of not reporting the crime.
