"I am in the final phase of chemotherapy", Lawyer Saimir Vishaj speaks about Elsa Lila's arrest and the loss of his sister: She left two orphaned daughters, I found her body

Lawyer Saimir Vishaj was invited to the show "S'e Luan Topi" on Top Channel, where he recounted some of his most difficult moments in life. He spoke about the difficult struggle with illness and the death of his sister Eva, who is the mother of the famous singer Elsa Lila.

During his testimony, Vishaj also talks about the singer's arrest and states that she has been declared innocent and will receive compensation for the damage caused to her by the Italian state.

"Marriage from the very beginning was a friendship, which from time to time turned into love. We were friends first and foremost, we helped each other with work. We both worked hard, for 30-35 years. I had cancer, leaving a person with cancer on the street is not something anyone would do. The disease has tormented me a lot, I am in the last phase of chemotherapy, there is still a hole left in my lungs to overcome.

When I was in a coma and woke up, I asked about the date and was told that I had a trial. Sometimes I prefer to say that my mother is in the other world, because if she saw me in that state, she would suffer a lot. She has suffered a lot and her sister's death was very difficult. I found her body and we buried her on the 26th. On May 26th, I was in the operating room and I prayed to God not to take us in one day.

She is irreplaceable for them, she left two orphaned daughters at a very young age, who have now become mothers. I have tried to fill the role of Eva for the two daughters. I miss her immensely, don't let it happen to anyone! After her sister's death, her mother never left the house. This is how women are, they stay at home, dress in black and wait for Sunday to go to the cemetery. It is very difficult for a child to die. Now the daughters feel the absence of their mother, because they have become mothers themselves.

We are at a moment when everything happens in Albania. Killing a woman, you have killed an entire society. Beating women, not sending them money or any other function that connects them has also influenced me to write the book on domestic violence. Women are oppressed, they are happy at first, but they go to their husband's house and feel like nothing is theirs.

Elsa's daughter is one of the most popular top models in Italy, she is 16 years old, very beautiful. Elsa (Lila) is very nice, but in Italy it is difficult to find herself, she is trying, she is a worker, she has set up her own orchestra and is working. When she was laid off, I ran away in my work clothes, I traveled all night.

"I was in the hearing as her lawyer, I made many memos to say that she is innocent. Within two months the judge informed me that we would go home. Her case has been dismissed and she will receive compensation for what the Italian state has done, for the damage that was caused to her. We could not meet her. The only one who could meet Elsa was a priest, we brought him in so that we could understand what Elsa needed," said Vishaj.
