Today, the Tirana court has set the security measure of "prison arrest" for Sebastjan Ogiči and Ruzhdi Thomasi, while two others are still being sought.

They allegedly robbed young Kevin Zeka at gunpoint of a sum of 1450 euros and a bicycle on the afternoon of August 8 near the Kristal center.

According to the investigation file, Zeka has testified that as soon as he left work, he stopped Sebastjan Ogiçi together with three others and threatened him with a gun. According to him, Ogiçi was introduced to him as an anti-drug police officer.

"Sebastjan Ogiçi asked me for the money and told me that he is an anti-drug agent, let's go to the office. They were taking me to the office at gunpoint after they didn't notice the money I had in my bag, Sebastjan Ogiçi told me not to do anything because he would kill me. I was able to run away near the office, but Ogiçi together with 3 others got in front of me and took my bag", he said.

The file also contains the testimony of one of the arrested, Ruzhdi Thomas. He denied that the target of the robbery was Zeka but a Syrian.

"Sebastian showed me the plan to rob a Syrian, he also showed me the gun. We stopped Kevin Zeka and asked him to tell us where the Syrian lived. Kevin Zeka took us to the house of the Syrian, who came out with a knife but managed to lock the door. "Kevin Zeka ran away from us, but we caught him and took his bag and beat him," he said.

As part of the "Escpae" operation, Tirana Police, through police station number two and four, discovered the suspected perpetrators, the mechanism of the event, and seized the money, the stolen bicycle, the pistol and cannabis sativa.
